- Notice and Enquiries
- We require a minimum of 24 hours’ notice to accommodate your booking. For urgent requests, please contact us directly at the phone number listed at the top of the page.
- For further assistance, information, or availability, feel free to call us or submit an enquiry through our website. Please note that an enquiry does not guarantee a booking until confirmed by the company.
- Liability
- The Company is not liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control, such as accidents, diversions, or adverse weather conditions.
- We do not accept responsibility for loss or damage to property or luggage carried in our vehicles, regardless of the cause.
- Damage to Vehicles
- Passengers will be charged for any damage caused to the interior or exterior of our vehicles.
- Excess Luggage
- We reserve the right to refuse service to passengers with excess luggage that could compromise vehicle safety.
- Luggage Responsibility
- Passengers are responsible for loading and unloading their belongings. While our drivers are happy to assist with heavy luggage, we do not accept liability for any loss or damage to luggage.
- Complaints
- If you encounter a problem, inform the driver immediately. Formal complaints should be submitted in writing to our office within five working days of your journey.
- Prohibited Items and Behaviour
- Smoking is prohibited in all vehicles as per UK law.
- Alcohol consumption is not allowed in our vehicles under any circumstances. Passengers causing mess due to negligence or alcohol-related illness will incur a £100 cleaning fee to cover cleaning costs and loss of earnings.
- The Company reserves the right to refuse bookings or to ask passengers to leave the vehicle if their behavior poses a risk to the driver’s safety.
- Contact Information
- Passengers must provide a valid mobile number for contact purposes.
- We recommend passengers contact our office immediately after landing to confirm their vehicle dispatch. For unpaid bookings, cars will only be dispatched once contact is established.
- Driver Status
- All private hire drivers are self-employed and not employees of Crookham Taxis. Drivers are prohibited from taking direct bookings from customers. All bookings must be made through our website or telephone number to ensure insurance coverage.
- Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the scheduled journey will receive a full refund minus the credit card transaction fee.
- Cancellations made between 24 and 12 hours in advance will be refunded 50%, minus the transaction fee.
- No refunds are issued for cancellations made within 12 hours of the journey. To cancel, email or call us with your booking receipt and details.
- Policy Updates
- The Company reserves the right to modify, add, or remove terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
- Data Protection
- Crookham Taxis does not store or collect credit card details and does not share customer information with third parties.
